Motor Vehicle Liability and Collision Insurance Premium Reduction For Completion of an Accident Prevention Course Pursuant to Section 2336(a) and (d) of the New York Insurance Law

STATUTORY REFERENCE: Section 2336(a) and (d) of the Insurance Law

Circular Letter No. 20 (2003) issued December 31, 2003 provided a listing of all Motor Vehicle Accident Prevention Course sponsors approved by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

The purpose of this Supplement is to advise that the DMV has informed the Department that Drive Safe New York, Inc. has been removed from the list of course sponsors approved by the DMV effective July 8, 2005.
