2022 Public Holidays on Which Banks May Be Closed

The following days in the year 2022 are legal holiday observances on which all banking institutions may be closed in accordance with the provisions of the General Construction Law in effect on the date hereof.

*Lincoln’s Birthday and Election Day are not holidays on which the New York State Department of Financial Services or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York are closed.

**Holiday falls on Sunday. The Department of Financial Services is closed on Monday, June 20, 2022, and Monday, December 26, 2022.
