Education Provider Reporting System
The Education Provider Reporting System allows all approved DFS Continuing Education providers to submit course schedules and attendance rosters.
Each provider representative must register to create his/her own user ID and password. Third Party Administrators must create a unique user ID for each provider with whom you work.
You will need a license number and the correct spelling of the first and last name to submit an attendance roster. You can use the Producer/Licensee Search to verify license numbers and names.
Batch files can be uploaded directly to the application. The formatting for batch files has changed. There is no limit to the number of lines of data that may be uploaded.
Real Time Application
Schedules and course attendance are available for viewing immediately upon successful submission.
