Municipal Cooperative Health Benefit Plans Filings
Article 47 Municipal Cooperative Health Benefit Plans (Muni Coops) are required to submit all filings electronically, including Financial Statements, Community Rating Methodology, and Form Filings, on the DFS Portal.
To access the DFS Portal you will need a Portal account.
Once your portal account has been created, you will receive an email with a temporary password to log in. If you don’t see MuniSHP in My Apps, then click on Ask for Apps to request access to the MuniSHP application, for the company(ies) you will be filing for. When this is approved, you will be able to access the MuniSHP application in the My Apps menu.
