Company Complaint Response System
Access the DFS Portal to use the Company Complaint Response System.
Create a new account if you do not have one.
Instructions can be found under "Secured Applications" on the Portal for both the staff who will be responding to complaints and for the "Trusted Source" who will give that staff the authority to respond on your company's behalf.
You must first authorize a Trusted Source(s) so that they can then authorize the staff who will respond.
Filing Reports on the Portal
For access to SECURED applications, you MUST have a Portal account.
Access the Portal
