Electronic Address Change Request
The application will be unavailable daily from 7:30am to 7:45am for regularly scheduled maintenance.
NOTE: At this time the Electronic Address Change Request function is not available to Service Contract Registrants, Life Settlement Providers, or Life Settlement Intermediaries.
Please read all instructions carefully as all changes made will become an official part of the licensee’s record. Additional instructions are available by clicking on HELP which appears on each page of the Address Change application.
The Electronic Address Change Request allows licensees to securely log into our website and electronically update all address information including the email address. Please note, any updates made will immediately be reflected on the licensee’s licensing record. Individuals/TBAs - the residence address needs only to be updated once. Business and mailing addresses will need to be changed on each current class of license held.
Non-residents (licensees whose home state is not New York) will be required to certify that they are currently licensed and in good standing in their home state.
Once logged in, click on Address Change in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
To use this application, the recommended browser is Internet Explorer 7.x.
