The following days in the year 2012 are legal holiday observances on which all banking institutions may be closed in accordance with the provisions of General Construction Law §24 in effect on the date hereof.

1. New Year’s Day is celebrated on Monday, January 2, 2012 this year. Lincoln’s birthday is celebrated on Monday, February 13, 2012 this year. 2. Lincoln’s Birthday and Election Day are not holidays on which the New York State Banking Department or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is closed.
